Smoking Policy

In the interests of comfort and the safety of our guests we have a strict non-smoking policy. Non compliance or damage caused by tampering with the sensitive smoke detectors will result in a charge to repair such items and a charge for professional cleaning of the room will be levied.

Check in/out times

Check-in is by appointment only. We do not normally accept arrival after 6pm unless pre-arranged. We will need a contact telephone number for the day of arrival, so we are able to contact you

Check-out is 10am

If you require check in/out times other than stated please advise us in advance and we will try our best to accommodate you and your luggage. Please also inform us as soon as possible if you are going to check in after 5pm.

Payment

To guarantee a reservation, we will ask for a £50 deposit per room.

It is our policy to ask kindly for payment on arrival. Through experience we have learned that most guests benefit from minimal disruption during the breakfast service and find check out easier and quicker on the day of departure.

We make a £2 charge when payment is made with a debit or credit card (we do not accept AMEX). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, and Delta

Cancellation Policy

We require at least three clear days notice, not including day of arrival, for cancellation. Our cancellation policy is based on normal legal practice within the UK, whereby proprietors of a hotel or guest house have the right in law to claim or be reimbursed for any loss resulting from cancellation or no show. This is only applied in the event that we are unable to re-let the relevant accommodation in the time available. In such circumstances, the entire booking will be chargable, whether contracted for verbally or in writing. We require three clear days notice, not including day of arrival, from the start of the booking.

If you are concerned about cancellation you are advised to take out travel insurance.
